This “Don’t Judge Me” Poster describes a situation where one is opposed to being judged by others. The first and most common meaning of “Don’t judge” is the literal one: Don’t judge my actions or me. Don’t evaluate those actions and don’t determine whether, in your opinion, they are good or bad. When people say “Don’t judge me”, it usually means that they do not want to be judged based on the emotional triggers they set off.  Some people are okay with being judged on the basis of their work, skills, or knowledge.
