This “Don’t Judge Me” Poster describes a situation where one is opposed to being judged by others.
The first and most common meaning of “Don’t judge” is the literal one: Don’t judge my actions or me.
Don’t evaluate those actions and don’t determine whether, in your opinion, they are good or bad.
When people say “Don’t judge me”, it usually means that they do not want to be judged based
on the emotional triggers they set off.  Some people are okay with being judged on the basis of
their work, skills, or knowledge.

Brother’s Keeper: To be responsible for the actions, behavior,
or whereabouts of one’s close relative or friend (not necessarily a brother).
Often used in the negative to express frustration that such
responsibility is assumed: “Of course I’m disappointed that
Travis got arrested again, but I’m not my brother’s keeper.
When I’m babysitting him, I’m my brother’s keeper.”
